Northern Georgia and Atlanta Bankruptcy Lawyers Berry & Associates Set to Attend Consumer Bankruptcy Skills Training.

On January 28th, four of the experienced lawyers at Berry & Associates will participate in the Consumer Bankruptcy Skills Training program held at the State Bar of Georgia headquarters in Downtown Atlanta.  This excellent program is being sponsored by the American Bankruptcy Institute, Bankruptcy Section of the Atlanta Bar Association, and the Metro-Atlanta Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys Group.

The program will include hands-on sessions covering trial preparation, courtroom skills, ethics, and evidentiary issues, and will be led by prominent judges and attorneys from the Atlanta Bankruptcy Courts, and other courts and law firms throughout Georgia.
